After a far too long hiatus, Jim and Steve return to the cyber airways tonight with another edition of CSI: Cleveland Sports Insiders. It joins the cyberwaves tonight in two separate half-hour increments. The first half-hour will air live from 11:00 to 11:30 p.m. EST with the second half hour airing live from 12 to 12:30 a.m. EST.
There is plenty for the guys to touch on this week, including the Cleveland Cavaliers, who kick off the season tonight at the Q against the Washington Wizards. Jim and Steve will be sure to provide you in-depth analysis from the contest, and the guys will also talk at length in the first half hour about the Cavaliers and the team’s outlook for this season.
Kyrie Irving is set to enter his sophomore season. One of his opponents tonight, fellow point guard John Wall, fell victim to a sophomore slump last season. Could the same possibly happen to Irving this season? Plus, just how important is Irving to this year’s Cavaliers. Jim and Steve will be sure to answer both questions tonight.
Plus, the Cleveland Browns are suddenly playing much better football and have now won two out of their last three games. Jim and Steve will discuss the Browns in the second half hour of the show including the topic of Brandon Weeden, who seems to be proving more naysayers wrong each week. Yet, while Weeden is getting better, is he a player that the Browns can now fully commit to? If the team indeed does have a high draft pick again, do they look past picking a Geno Smith or Matt Barkley? The guys offer their take tonight.
All this and more tonight when CSI goes live at 11 p.m.
